Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a positive and creative environment for the production department and venue.
  • •Complete and distribute daily show flash (P&L) and track financial aspects of the department.
  • •Maintain department manuals and training materials; train and assist production staff as needed.
  • •Create and maintain inventory and maintenance logs; ensure cost-effective procedures and safe equipment operation.
  • •Oversee crews and coordinate technical, operational, and hospitality details with relevant leaders and vendors.
