Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer care to fans, guiding them in selecting the perfect piece and ensuring a unique in-store experience aligned with Pandora standards.
•Collaborate with the Shop Manager and colleagues in daily store activities and operations.
•Maintain the store image and ensure correct organization and display of products.
•Be autonomous in day-to-day operations (replenishment, organization, Visual Merchandising, cash handling, etc.).
•Contribute to a welcoming, proactive team environment and uphold Pandora storytelling.

Key Requirements

•Passionate about the Pandora universe, storytelling and our collections.
•Able to act as a credible ambassador for Pandora values and deliver exceptional customer service to fans.
•Autonomous in day-to-day store tasks (replenishment, merchandising, cash handling, etc.).
•Strong attention to the store image and product presentation.
•Proactive, enthusiastic team player with basic office/computer/digital skills and a good French level is a plus.
