Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the direction for agents and MCP surfaces over the next 12–24 months and set investment priorities.
  • •Own the product vision for how AI agents help customers reach insights faster, make better decisions, and take the right actions.
  • •Advance MCP capabilities so customers can work via coding agents, CLI, or IDE in addition to the UI.
  • •Create evals, quality standards, and feedback mechanisms to measure customer value and iterate on the agent experience.
  • •Partner with customers and the field organization to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and support effective positioning/demos of AI agent products.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience, including taking 0-to-1 products from concept through delivery.
  • •3+ years building products on AI/ML technologies with recent hands-on experience delivering agentic products.
  • •Fluency in the latest LLM trends, models, tools, including context management, latency, eval methods, and common failure modes.
  • •Experience building systems to measure whether a probabilistic product improves over time.
  • •Demonstrated record of executing complex initiatives in close partnership with engineering and design.
