Job Summary

Joining the TUMI retail team as Assistant Manager, you will drive in-store sales through exceptional client service, build lasting client relationships, and lead day-to-day operations. You’ll mentor associates, coach on product knowledge, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold brand standards in a luxury environment. You’ll work collaboratively to hit KPI targets, develop talent, and deliver a premium client experience.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, displays strategic thinking, and champion change in an effective manner.
•Take responsibility for performance and complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
•Training and Developing: Help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching. Demonstrate an openness to new ideas and concepts while quickly learning and applying to the job.
•Assist the Store Manager with managing the store schedule and timecards and payroll.
