Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy the HSE and Environment strategy across international sites of the GBU Cyber & Digital Identity.
  • •Lead the HSE community, promote safety culture, and support sites in improving their maturity.
  • •Track HSE and environmental performance, analyze KPIs, and run improvement plans.
  • •Ensure Group reporting, manage HSE tools, and maintain data quality from the sites.
  • •Support sites with HSE standards implementation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 in HSE, Environment, or Risk Management, with 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial environment.
  • •Experience gained within an international group; HSE reporting experience is an advantage.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and proficiency with analysis/reporting tools.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint (Intelex is appreciated).
  • •Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills, with rigor and autonomy; professional English and the ability to work in multicultural settings.
