Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive India expansion by supporting growth and corporate development teams to build relationships with industry leaders.
  • •Shape pre-contract strategy by defining scope, developing proposals, and generating term sheets during pre-commit phases.
  • •Build and qualify suppliers across commodity categories; lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection, qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
  • •Provide strategic advisory to Indian industry partners’ supply chain teams and support sourcing strategies aligned with technical, security, and program needs.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between Anduril teams and India manufacturing partners, bridging cross-functional needs and managing escalation and corrective action oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement focused on contract manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology.
  • •Demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex manufacturing agreements with Indian suppliers and building long-term relationships.
  • •Professional fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal) with proven ability to influence stakeholders cross-culturally.
  • •Regulatory expertise in the Indian compliance landscape (e.g., export controls, dual-use technology regulations) and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
