Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Lead enterprise-wide strategic sourcing initiatives for key procurement categories, overseeing supplier relationship development, complex contract negotiation, and cost optimization. Manage and coach a team while partnering cross-functionally to ensure quality, supply assurance, and alignment with internal business goals. Own end-to-end sourcing programs (including RFP/RFI frameworks), drive continuous supplier performance improvements, and evaluate vendor performance to standardize cost, service, and supply outcomes.
