Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and execution for major products, features, and engineering initiatives.
  • •Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • •Stay hands-on through coding, prototyping, code reviews, debugging, and production problem-solving.
  • •Make architecture decisions and technical trade-offs, and break ambiguous problems into clear engineering solutions and execution plans.
  • •Mentor engineers, improve tooling and development practices, and own systems beyond release including monitoring, incident investigation, and reliability improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background building and shipping production systems.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong system design and architecture skills, including making technical decisions for complex/high-scale systems.
  • •Excellent coding ability with willingness to stay hands-on, including reviewing code and debugging complex issues in production.
  • •Proven experience providing technical leadership and leading major engineering projects, explaining decisions and influencing engineers across teams.
