Job Summary

Lead operational audits and advisory engagements across complex global scope areas including construction, ethics, and fraud risk. Manage fieldwork execution, approve audit workpapers in AuditBoard/Optro, mentor junior auditors, and oversee construction/capital project audit quality. Execute Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA), identify and communicate findings, drive remediation alignment, and coordinate across Legal, project management, and business stakeholders while enhancing audit methods and templates.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee fieldwork execution for operational audits and investigations, ensuring objectives, team quality standards, and timely delivery.
•Lead audit planning for operational audits and advisory engagements, including interviews/walkthroughs, testing standards, and mentoring junior auditors.
•Lead construction and capital project audits in coordination with Legal and business partners, focusing on project controls, cost management, contractor compliance, and change order integrity.
•Execute Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) and evaluate anti-fraud controls, coordinating with Legal, business leaders, and the CAE to report to senior leadership.
•Own findings identification and communication, secure management action plans and quarterly remediation tracking, and serve as engagement manager end-to-end.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in internal audit, investigations, or compliance in complex, global environments, including leading audit teams and outcomes on high-risk engagements.
•Advanced proficiency with AuditBoard/Optro and IIA standards, with ability to establish and enforce quality standards across a team.
•Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies and applying them to audit work to improve efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
•Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills, including managing competing priorities and driving alignment in a complex global environment.
•Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
