Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize and strategically evolve Workday Finance Order to Cash (OTC) systems, bridging business needs with technical solutions.
  • •Independently drive operational excellence across customer contracts, billing, collections, invoices, settlements, and OTC period close activities.
  • •Lead and participate in Order Management and Billing transformation projects and large-scale operational changes.
  • •Translate complex stakeholder requirements into actionable functional specifications and produce design/solution documentation with cross-functional teams.
  • •Organize agile scrum ceremonies, lead quality assurance with testing strategies and risk identification, and support UAT/regression testing and timely issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably Information Systems or Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 8+ years delivering OTC implementations or operations as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager.
  • •Expert knowledge of Workday systems or similar ERPs (Oracle Apps, Peoplesoft, SAP) for OTC modules including Quoting, Revenue, Billing, and Collections.
  • •Experience integrating custom or 3rd-party applications with Workday or other ERPs; working knowledge of databases and writing SQL queries.
  • •Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with expert collaboration and relationship-building across executive to line level stakeholders.
