Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a large-scale rail infrastructure program with high execution complexity.
  • •Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for global program delivery.
  • •Oversee ethical and safe working practices and drive innovation in program management methodologies.
  • •Accountable for overall financial success and program management agreement delivery.
  • •Manage scope, budget, and schedule, including contract administration, claims, quality compliance, risk analysis, status reporting, and issues management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • •15+ years of experience in program management, including at least 6 years in a Senior Leadership position leading large passenger rail infrastructure projects/programs of $500M+.
  • •Preferred: 20+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Preferred: PMI-PgMP, APM-RPP, or CMAA-CCM (or equivalent) certification.
  • •Strong technical capability across program phases (design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance) and demonstrated experience delivering targeted project benefits and managing public outreach, agency coordination, and third-party stakeholders.
