Job Summary

Sales lead for Façade, Fenestration and Insulating Glass in North India, responsible for developing and executing revenue-focused strategies, growing new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering technical/commercial solutions. You’ll collaborate with Technical Service, drive value-added services, and lead market intelligence to outpace competition, while ensuring strong customer relationships and end-to-end project support.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives; identify target industries and key accounts; forecast sales volumes, revenues and profitability; plan product launches and market penetration initiatives.
•Proactively seek information about customers’ business for tendering; analyze project databases; engage with façade consultants; follow up with fabricators/contractors for trials and mockups; collaborate with Technical Service for design calculations; lead value-added activities and online design tools across projects.
•Manage existing customer accounts; understand client technical requirements and tailor solutions; handle escalations, contract renewals, and credit management.
•Monitor industry trends, competitor products and pricing; collect customer feedback; identify opportunities for product diversification and new applications; share insights with product management and R&D.
•Provide product demonstrations and technical/commercial support; work with market field engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions; ensure value selling over price competition; maintain CRM records and sales performance reporting.

Key Requirements

•Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
•Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B & B2C in construction/building materials; prior façade industry experience preferred.
•Strong business acumen with leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-driven decisions and plan market penetration.
•Ability to develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and manage customer relationships.
