Staff Engineer, Product Design and Engineering - Electrical

Lead electrical engineering activities for electrification programs within the Electrification CoE, serving as a key reference for internal and external stakeholders. Own plant-level electrical design across systems such as MCC, switchgears, substations, cables, transformer protection, batteries, and UPS. Drive efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and budget compliance, coordinate junior colleagues and outsourcing resources, and support procurement and project management while engaging customers and suppliers as needed.
