Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and own Conveo’s financial model and KPI tracking to drive decisions.
  • •Manage cash burn and liquidity through cash & runway reporting and real-time clarity.
  • •Build financial strategy and planning including hiring plans, scenario analysis, and KPI monitoring.
  • •Deliver investor and board financial reporting and support future fundraising (Series B and beyond).
  • •Orchestrate business-level financial work such as ESOP/commission plans, pricing, deal economics, and capital allocation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup.
  • •Model mastery including three-statement modeling, scenario analysis, business cases, and ad-hoc modeling.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills to translate numbers into decisions for non-finance stakeholders.
  • •Strong SaaS metrics understanding (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, burn multiple and/or consumption-based models).
  • •Ability to start in September and willingness and right to work in the UK; fluent in English.
