Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling, risk budget drawdown, and retirement of risks.
  • •Use risk data to inform investment planning, monitor overall risk exposure, and assess remaining risk budget.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels and produce risk reports.
  • •Create and improve risk management plans, processes, and integration of risk management within project controls with direct touchpoints to cost/schedule management and change control.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, dispute resolution advice, and evaluation of delay recovery measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant experience in construction project procurement and contract management.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification techniques and facilitation, with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
