  • •Hang birds into empty shackles ensuring birds are hung by two legs.
  • •Manually hang one-legged birds by both legs and remove improperly hung birds from the line/table.
  • •Adjust picking line speed to prevent pile-up on the belt while keeping eviscerating lines full.
  • •Operate the light system that communicates with live hangers and move birds to the appropriate rack for manual evisceration.
