Key Responsibilities

  • •Localize the SME/CNPF vision for SEE by driving evolutions of SME products with financial institutions, FinTechs, acquirers, and ISVs and developing go-to-market approaches aligned to European strategy.
  • •Own market performance across countries using KPIs, dashboards, pipeline, and win rates, and equip field teams with clear business cases and customer value narratives.
  • •Orchestrate launches by prioritizing sales actions for new or enhanced SME services, refining positioning/roadmaps, and accelerating time to market through ecosystem levers like partnerships and certifications.
  • •Drive business development across FI, FinTech, and alternative distribution by maintaining an accurately staged Salesforce pipeline and leading executive engagement with issuers, acquirers, Payfacs/ISVs, and platform partners.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution by aligning Product, Pricing & Interchange, Franchise, Legal, Customer Delivery, and Marketing; drive post-launch success via monitoring, post mortems, and embedding learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or adjacent B2B services, with proven sales ownership (new wins, optimizations, portfolio growth).
  • •Account management and consultative selling proficiency.
  • •Strategy/consulting exposure and project leadership with technology-enabled solutions, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • •Depth across issuing and acquiring, virtual cards, acceptance, receivables/payables, and SME SaaS/embedded finance models.
  • •Fluent in at least one South-Eastern European language and English (written and spoken); Master’s/MBA preferred and Bachelor’s required.
