Design, integrate, and optimize complex systems for the semiconductor industry, partnering across functions to turn requirements into system architectures and executable specifications. Oversee testing and system integration for new product builds, troubleshoot advanced engineering problems, assess risks, and support field personnel with remote and onsite assistance as needed.

•Lead and/or develop significantly complex projects spanning electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms, and software design; spearhead R&D of new technologies as needed.
•Define system architectures from requirements, lead architecture brainstorming, down-select to a final project-level architecture, and create diagrams to review specifications.
•Conduct systems analysis to influence product engineering and software teams, supervise tests, and review test results and design-direction changes.
•Interface with other groups to resolve design, systems architecture development, and integration issues; support system integration during assembly and final testing.
•Work with vendors to develop competitive products and provide remote and onsite support to field support personnel as required.

Salary: USD 176,000 - 242,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software).
•10-15 years of experience.
•Experience with Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP).
•Demonstrated experience leading complex project teams or initiatives.
•Experience with Common Graphics Architecture (CGA) or AiX.
