Job Summary

Deliver special education instruction in an online learning environment while ensuring services aligned to students’ IEPs. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure special education and related services are provided as determined by the IEP team, including accommodations and modifications.
•Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and other state-required special education documentation.
•Monitor student progress using the learning management system and collect data and work samples to measure progress toward IEP goals.
•Provide synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and support inclusion and success in the general education classroom.
•Maintain positive rapport with families and communicate with students and learning coaches/parents, including documenting contact and interventions.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Active state teaching license.
•Ability to clear the required background check.
•Proficiency working with student data, including numeric/tabular/graphic representations, to drive instructional decisions.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
