Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead the regional Talent, Capability & Inclusion strategy, aligning global frameworks with regional business priorities and workforce needs.
  • •Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Global HR Centres of Excellence to design and deliver integrated talent, capability and inclusion initiatives.
  • •Lead regional talent and organisational capability reviews and annual planning cycles to assess capability, readiness, talent risks, and development priorities.
  • •Deploy and shape learning, leadership, and career development frameworks and programs that build capabilities and support sustainable talent pipelines.
  • •Champion the regional Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) agenda and use workforce insights, talent analytics, and governance to measure impact and improve outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced experience in talent management, organisational development, learning and development, leadership development, or an HR leadership role.
  • •Demonstrated success designing and implementing talent, succession, leadership, capability and inclusion strategies in complex operating environments.
  • •Experience partnering with senior leaders to address workforce capability requirements, succession risks, and organisational performance priorities.
  • •Strong knowledge of contemporary talent management, learning, organisational development, and inclusion practices with commercial acumen.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, Learning and Development, or a related discipline.
