Create and lead Tyson Foods’ enterprise early-career talent strategy, owning the end-to-end early talent lifecycle from recruiting and assessment through integration, leadership development, and succession. Develop and continuously improve university recruiting, internship, rotational, and early career acceleration programs across business units. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align initiatives to talent needs, measure outcomes, and scale a high-performing early career development team.
