Post Production Operations Manager

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana inspection center, overseeing vehicle reconditioning in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead and mentor a team of leads and front-line associates, ensuring continuous improvement, associate engagement, and alignment with quality, production, and cost objectives. Manage staffing through recruiting, training, performance management, and certification processes, while ensuring compliance with operating standards, health and safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
