Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
  • •Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver product outcomes.
  • •Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and iterate using data, feedback, research, and production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner (or similar product role), including founder/growth/product operator experience.
  • •Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows into usable customer journeys.
  • •Experience working with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning to improve decisions.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management with high ownership and ability to drive with limited guidance.
