Claims Handler - Fixed Term Contract

Handle a caseload of litigated “Infant Approval” matters from instruction through to resolution. Review new instructions, set reserves, identify technical issues, and assess/ value damages to support settlement negotiations. Draft and file court documentation, update reserves as evidence arrives, and maintain accurate case records while meeting performance targets. Work within client guidelines and legal procedures in a supportive team based in Manchester City Centre.
