Job Summary

Lead the Patriot GEM-T Forebody Material Program Management (MPM) function as a single point of contact for program and internal stakeholders. Own execution of material program plans, supplier management, risk/opportunity management, and schedule-driven delivery performance. Support earned value management (EAC) reviews, monitor metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including the Integrated Product Team to increase supply base capacity, implement cost reduction initiatives, and improve cycle time.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute material program plans and supplier management plans for the Patriot GEM-T Forebody MPM team.
•Drive cross-functional activities to resolve supply chain issues and serve as a supply chain SME.
•Support financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process.
•Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans and proactively manage mitigation plans.
•Lead execution with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to increase supply base capacity, implement cost reduction initiatives, and reduce cycle time.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
•Experience with supply chain, production control, material handling, and/or performance management.
•ERP/MRP experience such as SAP.
•U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
•Ability to execute against a very aggressive delivery schedule and escalate as required to achieve schedule.
