Job Summary

Own and improve onsite performance across NET-A-PORTER.COM and MR PORTER by translating behavioural and commercial insights into optimization priorities. Lead a structured experimentation program, define hypotheses and success metrics, and evaluate impact of site changes, launches, migrations, and cutover risk. Partner with Trading and User Behaviour teams to refine search, rankings, recommendations, and discovery using AI-driven capabilities powered by Google Vertex and related tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and prioritise onsite optimization opportunities across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER to improve conversion, engagement, discovery, and customer value.
•Build a structured experimentation and optimization framework for sites and apps, including standards for hypotheses, success metrics, measurement, and learning.
•Translate behavioural, trading, and customer insights into testable hypotheses and requirements for new features and functionality.
•Evaluate the impact of site changes, feature launches, and migration cutovers, isolating gains, losses, and unintended customer impacts.
•Use AI-driven capabilities and optimization tools (including Google Vertex) to support ranking, recommendations, and search optimization in partnership with Trading and user behaviour stakeholders.
