Job Summary

Own Shop-in-Shops and branded retail environments for key youth culture partners across EMEA, serving as the primary point of contact for JD, Foot Locker, and Snipes. Lead large-scale fixture rollouts, develop and maintain standardized retail marketing toolkits, and create partner tiering strategies. Maintain an end-to-end B2B roadmap, track brand budget updates, and guide DMS locations on spend and premiumisation to deliver a consistent premium in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop premium brand environments for key youth culture partners, managing large-scale rollout planning across UK and European markets.
•Create and roll out standardized EMEA retail marketing toolkits for JD, Foot Locker, and Snipes to ensure a consistent brand voice.
•Develop tiering strategies across partner bricks-and-mortar estates, working with Key Account Marketing to define the tiering process and kit of parts.
•Maintain a clear B2B project roadmap with strong planning, strategic, and analytical skills.
•Own the brand budget for updating key accounts and guide DMS locations on spend, tiering, and premiumisation to ensure effective brand support.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in retail marketing, space planning, visual merchandising, or brand-concept rollouts within multi-site retail or wholesale environments.
•Strong track record executing physical retail marketing and space planning initiatives across multi-site or wholesale channels.
•Experience managing complex project roadmaps and coordinating POS production workflows to deliver rollouts on time.
•Ability to build cross-functional relationships as a trusted regional partner across internal marketing, sales, and external retail stakeholders.
•Hands-on experience with POS coordination software or space planning tools.
