Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver role-specific, skills-based curriculum for account executives, including discovery, qualification, demo delivery, value-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, and account planning.
  • •Lead live training and coaching through instructor-led workshops, virtual skill labs, bootcamps, and reinforcement sessions.
  • •Diagnose skill gaps and generate consensus with senior cross-functional stakeholders using performance metrics, CRM data, call recordings, and seller feedback.
  • •Create and manage program elements, including short-form learning assets, practice scenarios, assessments, and facilitator guides.
  • •Define KPIs for training initiatives, measure results, and iterate curriculum using data; manage training cadence across regions and teams.

Salary: USD 121,500 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles in B2B SaaS with experience training quota-carrying sellers.
  • •Demonstrated success designing and delivering skills-focused learning that improved seller behaviors and measurable performance outcomes.
  • •Strong facilitation and coaching skills, including role-play–based skills practice and leading live sessions.
  • •Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC/MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, Command of the Message) and ability to translate them into seller behaviors.
  • •Experience using coaching tools and sources of truth for skills diagnostics, including call recording platforms, LMS, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
