Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
  • •Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • •Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and provide updates on new ways EquipmentShare can help.
  • •Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and communications.
  • •Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
