Key Responsibilities

•Lead commercialization workstreams from product strategy through launch readiness and scale for Faster Payments capabilities.
•Translate product strategy into launch plans, partner readiness requirements, operating models, governance artifacts, and adoption support.
•Drive cross-functional alignment across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and partner teams to remove roadblocks.
•Support partner and operational readiness by defining scalable product standards, certification needs, network obligations, and go-live criteria.
•Develop business cases and use metrics, partner feedback, market trends, and risk indicators to prioritize and support responsible market execution.

Salary: USD 104,000 - 174,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, sponsor banking, embedded finance, operations, program management, or related fields.
•Hands-on experience launching, scaling, or operationalizing bank products, payment capabilities, or partner-led financial services programs.
•Experience with Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, push-to-card, payouts, disbursements, or comparable Faster Payments capabilities strongly preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree preferred.
•Strong understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems (processors, networks, fintech platforms) and ability to build governance-ready commercialization documentation.
