The Server role focuses on delivering 100% guest satisfaction by serving customers promptly, setting up lounge areas, taking and coordinating beverage and food orders, and ensuring hospitality standards are met across events and daily service.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspects linen, silver, china and other items prior to using them
•Takes customer orders and provides suggestions for both beverage and food
•Coordinates service with other servers and Chef
•Serves food and beverages to guests, refills beverages as needed
•Closes out the customer’s bill applying cash and credit cards in accordance with established procedures

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 16.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required
•Two years of experience in similar position within an upscale environment is preferred
•Basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic
•Must be at least 21 years old in order to serve alcohol
•Must have excellent customer service skills
