Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across Product and Engineering teams, including senior technical leaders and executives.
  • •Support employees and managers across HR topics throughout the employee lifecycle in partnership with People specialists (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Performance).
  • •Partner with management to build a culture of high performance and ensure performance management and employee relations issues are handled appropriately.
  • •Liaise with specialist teams and leadership/finance to implement scalable programs and policies that attract, retain, and grow talent.
  • •Collaborate on organizational design, team scaling strategies, talent development, and career development frameworks for technical roles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 255,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating in a fast-growing tech company in HR with fluency in North America employment law and best practices.
  • •Experience partnering with technical organizations and understanding the dynamics of product and engineering teams.
  • •Minimum 6+ years experience in HRBP, People Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting, or a closely related function.
  • •Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or Infrastructure teams.
  • •Strong confidential support skills, including conflict resolution training, and practical application of HR best practices in a culturally appropriate way.
