Design and ship end-to-end, customer-facing cloud-native solutions for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Key Responsibilities

•Develop core services and customer-facing cloud-native applications across frontend, backend, web apps, and agents.
•Translate loose requirements into actionable specifications and deliver high-quality, scalable code with measurable business impact.
•Challenge assumptions, prototype quickly, iterate based on customer feedback, and refine solutions toward outcomes.
•Contribute Generative AI capabilities to product features and to your development workflow aligned with customer value.
•Work with customers and teammates to present solutions, prioritize tasks, and support peer growth.

Key Requirements

•BTech/MS (or similar) in Computer Science with 4–6 years of full-stack experience, or demonstrated ability to build and ship fast at scale.
•Proficiency in backend development, preferably modern Node.js and its ecosystem, plus cloud technologies and persistence models (NoSQL, SQL databases).
•Hands-on front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
•Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, observability, alerting, and tracing to support operational excellence.
•Interest in Generative AI technologies (added advantage) and ability to stay calm and goal-oriented when customers raise critical issues.
