Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Design Engineering to run pre-silicon simulations to validate test strategies and Design-for-Test circuits, providing feedback to DE, TE, and Product Engineering.
  • •Assist with pre-silicon checklist items and help define required tester resources with Test Engineering.
  • •Modify test programs for product requirements to ensure silicon performance meets expectations, supporting test program debug, data analysis, and test development.
  • •Support fabrication sites through test development, investigate failures using test/experimental data and electrical/physical analysis, and update testing strategies to improve quality and yield.
  • •Supervise yield performance against projections, expeditiously investigate root causes, and provide technical training and process-improvement tools for the local team.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with proven product engineering experience.
  • •Experience in digital circuit design and ASIC testing using scan tools.
  • •Programming experience with Python and C, including Custom BIST/APG programming for memory testing.
  • •Experience with the Linux operating system and ability to perform hands-on bench testing to isolate issues and develop tests.
  • •Ability to work with device functionality for HBM products, including schematics and signal integrity.
