Job Summary

Lead the Customer Trust function by building and managing a high-performing team across time zones to handle customer security inquiries and support GTM with accurate, timely responses. Partner with Product Security, Legal, and GTM/Sales to align on security positioning and product needs. Drive AI-powered automation and scalable workflows to improve response efficiency, quality, and speed, while establishing KPIs and managing the Trust Center and knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact for GTM and customers on security questions, delivering timely, accurate, empathetic responses that help unblock deals.
•Leverage AI and internal tools to automate and streamline the response process by building scalable workflows that reduce manual overhead while improving quality and speed.
•Establish and report KPIs for the Customer Trust function, tracking response velocity, quality, and the influence of trust on sales outcomes.
•Manage the Trust Center, create and maintain a security and regulatory knowledge base, and support GTM with thought leadership for complex security discussions.
•Partner with Product Security, Legal, and GTM/Sales to align on security positioning, product roadmaps, and evolving customer requirements.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in information security, customer trust, technical program management, or management consulting, with a track record of defining and building compliance programs.
•Audit/compliance background with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and comfort communicating controls and capabilities to customers.
•Exceptional customer/client service skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and regulatory topics to non-technical stakeholders.
•1-2+ years leveraging AI models or automation to drive program efficiencies (e.g., automating knowledge base management or response drafting).
•Strong analytical skills with a metrics focus, including experience establishing dashboards and reporting to leadership.
