Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the overall Lot department, planning and organizing workflow to meet SLAs and support recon & mechanic shops production
  • •Supervise and mentor Lot Assistants, Drivers, Security, and Stock; allocate assignments, monitor production, and manage performance
  • •Monitor vehicle operations through the VLC remarketing system, including staging, moving, and handling vehicles for reconditioning and transportation
  • •Ensure accurate production information and reporting in company systems (including VTrace and AMS) and respond to portal/internal requests
  • •Ensure compliance with corporate and industry safety standards, maintain lot equipment readiness, and support vehicle service/billing according to SLAs
