Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational processes to ensure store readiness and efficiency.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Champion strong operational standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data to drive improvements.
  • •Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours for product deliveries.
  • •Review, monitor and partner with General Manager to manage budget, reporting and other business data, including metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru) and inform planning processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Inventory management experience and a proven ability to investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues, partnering with managers to address process or system gaps
  • •Labor planning and scheduling expertise to coordinate labor hours and store operations
  • •Strong operational standards for the sales floor and ability to leverage business performance data to drive results
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and comfort with data/metrics to inform planning and budgeting
  • •Leadership experience in retail or related industry with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
