Job Summary

Work with the Mid-Market Centre to manage, retain, and grow commercial relationships with business clients. Support regulatory obligations to manage operational risk and improve client knowledge through dossier reviews. Coordinate stakeholders on transaction topics (cash management, FX, trade), investments, and strategic financing, while helping clients expand internationally through account openings and credit requests. Contribute to improving tools and practices for the business unit.

•Manage, retain, and grow commercial relationships with business clients while ensuring follow-up on client requests and implementing new relationship approaches.
•Support day-to-day regulatory obligations to manage operational risk and, periodically, improve client knowledge through dossier reviews.
•Coordinate interventions across banking stakeholders on transaction topics (cash management, FX, trade), investments (Global Markets/HGAM), and strategic financing (DCM).
•Support clients’ international growth through account openings, credit requests, and tracking local relationships with their subsidiaries.
•Contribute to improving unit practices and efficiency by supporting the use and follow-up of management tools for the business center.
