Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous refactoring, performance tuning, and architectural improvements across the project.
  • •Design and evolve agentic AI workflows to accelerate refactoring, testing, and day-to-day development.
  • •Optimize application performance against Web Vitals and other real-user metrics.
  • •Write scalable, reusable TypeScript code and contribute UX ideas in product design and planning discussions.
  • •Work with Git and Agile ways of working while owning outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of front-end experience building complex, high-load applications.
  • •4+ years of hands-on React and strong TypeScript proficiency.
  • •Experience with Tailwind CSS and TanStack Query (React Query).
  • •Solid understanding of browser internals plus hands-on performance profiling and optimization.
  • •Experience using agentic AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in real projects.
