•Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages.
•Analyse drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
•Support key tendering activities, including preparation of pre-tender estimates and commercial evaluations.
•Review contractor and supplier quotations.
•Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation exercises.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience within construction projects, ideally with on-site/site experience.
•Previous experience in estimating within the real estate sector.
•Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and market pricing.
•Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
