Commercial Services Specialist II (Manheim)

Serve as a key point of contact for resolving client issues for customers in an assigned market center, auction, or CAIs digital platforms. You’ll manage account relationships and communications, perform detailed vehicle and sale-related data entry, coordinate with transportation and vehicle operations teams, handle customer inquiries, and prepare reports while ensuring accurate invoicing and reconciliations. This is an onsite, individual-contributor role with daytime work shift.
