Job Summary

Support end-to-end creator communications and operations for the Massive Creator team by coordinating creator outreach needs, planning and rolling out creator resources across Creator Center, and maintaining creator-facing guides and resource hubs. Assist with basic KV editing and localization using design tools, monitor FAQs and community feedback to identify content gaps, and help manage timelines, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with Creator Management and Regional teams to identify recurring creator needs and translate them into clear educational or informational resources
•Plan, organize, and roll out Creator Resources across Creator Center, including in-app inbox notifications, banners, and internal communications platforms
•Update, maintain, and optimize creator-facing guides, announcements, and resource hubs to ensure accuracy and timely distribution
•Provide basic design and KV editing support (e.g., resizing, localization, simple layout updates) for creator communications and campaigns
•Monitor creator FAQs, platform updates, and community feedback to flag gaps, recurring issues, or opportunities to improve creator resources and support cross-functional workflows

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field
•Proficiency in English and Filipino with strong written communication skills for creator-facing copy and internal documentation
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong ownership and accountability
•Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, or similar design software
•Basic knowledge of OBS or livestream/broadcasting setups (a plus)
