Job Summary

Execute and localise multi-channel marketing initiatives for Invesco’s Institutional segment across EMEA, supporting the EMEA marketing strategy for pensions. Partner with Distribution and specialist marketing teams to plan campaigns, localise content, track performance with KPIs and analytics, and optimise activities based on insights. Build trusted partnerships with distribution teams, adapt global initiatives to regional needs, and help deliver a multi-year strategy for UK and EMEA pensions.

•Execute and localise Institutional segment multi-channel marketing initiatives across EMEA pensions, aligned to regional and commercial objectives.
•Partner with Distribution colleagues to localise marketing and support efficient customer journeys.
•Collaborate with specialist marketing teams (e.g., Events, Content, Research, DCAT, Insights) to deliver client experiences.
•Track and report marketing activation performance using KPIs and analytics, applying insights to optimise activities and initiatives.
•Support senior leadership in defining and delivering a multi-year UK and EMEA pensions strategy and adapt regional priorities at the local level where needed.
