Associate Manager – Audiobook Licensing & Author Partnerships

Identify and evaluate audiobook catalogs from independent authors and publishers, then negotiate licensing and commercial partnerships that drive long-term value for Spotify. Build trusted relationships as a primary point of contact, using market insights and performance analytics to guide acquisition strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Editorial, Growth, Operations, and Finance to improve catalog performance, discoverability, and the overall partner experience.
