Job Summary

Lead the Regional Transportation Commission’s Club Ride program in Southern Nevada by managing a 7-person commute options team and overseeing outreach, marketing, and communications subconsultants. Serve as the day-to-day client contact, strengthen relationships with business and community stakeholders, and deliver contractual performance through a comprehensive annual workplan. Manage contracts, reporting, and compliance while providing program visibility and thought leadership in transportation demand management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the project team by directing staff and subconsultants, managing HR needs, and running regular meetings while maintaining a motivated, well-trained team.
•Strengthen Club Ride’s community presence internally and externally across Southern Nevada, including executive-level speaking engagements and annual sponsorship initiatives with local Chambers of Commerce.
•Manage contracts to meet performance measures, timelines, and budget; oversee compliance files and deliver the annual workplan aligned with RTC’s Strategic Plan.
•Collaborate with RTC leadership to execute strategic priorities and deliver program reporting that demonstrates effectiveness against goals and performance measures.
•Manage sub-consultant relationships and resources while applying transportation demand management expertise to identify opportunities for innovation and improved delivery.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant project and/or team management experience, with experience in outreach, sales, and/or marketing or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
•Valid US Driver’s License; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review as a condition of employment.
•Direct experience managing programs and staff, including building and developing teams.
•Experience serving as a public representative for a program, including public speaking to build awareness and growth.
•Proven ability to develop and maintain client, employee, stakeholder, and community relationships while communicating clearly to diverse audiences.
