•Provide positive reinforcement and coaching to hourly associates to boost momentum and staff growth.
•Conduct one-on-one or small group training sessions on product knowledge, store activities, policies, and procedures.
•Assist management with staffing and labor cost control, and ensure proper staffing levels.
•Direct merchandising displays and floor presentation to attract customers and promote sales, while maintaining policy-compliant stock flow and POS accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
•Three to six months of retail experience is preferred.
•Ability to train and supervise hourly staff and conduct training presentations on product knowledge and store operations.
•Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.
