Job Summary

Lead testing and troubleshooting of the Pulsar electromagnetic warfare system in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will design and execute RF, electrical, mechanical, and software test plans, analyze diagnostics, document results, and collaborate with Design, Development, RF Integration, and Production Engineering to improve test processes and throughput.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and integration of electrical, mechanical, and software sub-assemblies; diagnose interaction issues.
•Conduct detailed RF tests, analyzing signal integrity, power output, spectral purity, sensitivity, and other critical parameters with specialized equipment.
•Perform Environmental Stress Screening and other reliability tests (burn-in, vibration, thermal cycling) to assess robustness across conditions.
•Lead extensive troubleshooting to identify root causes of anomalies across hardware, software, and RF domains using advanced diagnostic tools.
•Document test procedures, results, and failure analyses in accordance with quality management systems.

Key Requirements

•Over 7 years of hands-on test/validation or troubleshooting experience in production/manufacturing, preferably with complex integrated systems.
•Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and RF domains.
•Solid understanding of RF principles and experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators).
•Strong electrical knowledge with ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams; proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
•Proficiency in Linux-based OS and CLI for test execution, data logging, and scripting; solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi).
