Assistant Director - Leasing

Oversee and manage the Lease section to ensure smooth delivery of leasing services to clients. Lead day-to-day operations and drive efficiency by monitoring operational and financial performance, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting delivery of business strategy milestones. Manage contract services in line with the contract management plan, coordinate relevant data usage, and handle contract amendments as regulations change. Manage client relationships, communications, retention, and expand the client database to maximize ROI.
