Learning Management System Lead (12 months)

Own and govern the People Central Learning (PCL) SAP SuccessFactors learning platform, serving as the SME and main contact for administrators across Teck’s operating sites. Partner with teams to deliver corporate training, apply adult learning and digital design best practices, and oversee Teck’s on-demand learning content. Lead and develop the LMS team, manage vendors, and drive continuous improvement through reporting, KPI dashboards, and compliance monitoring.
