Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by managing recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per directives
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management through payroll management and adapting zones to business needs
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities and adjust product placement, outfitting, and stock levels
  • •Partner with operations and visual managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities while coaching associates
